3 Ways to Start a New Gym
Training in a new gym can be intimidating, but it's an important step towards improving your health and well-being. Here are three ways to get started in the gym:
Start small: It's important to ease into your new routine gradually, so don't try to do too much too soon. Start with just a few days a week and gradually increase the frequency and intensity of your workouts as you get more comfortable.
